Security Command Center is Google Cloud's centralized vulnerability and threat reporting service. It helps you strengthen your security posture by assessing your data and security attack surface, providing inventory and discovery of elements, identifying misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and threats, and helping you mitigate and remediate risks.
It is highly recommended to use Security Command Center to add native definitions from Google security sources, as well as custom definitions from each organization's solution. This allows you to configure workloads to send notifications from Security Command Center to a Cloud Pub/Sub topic for consumption by a SIEM.
This allows the client to monitor the security status of their projects in a more efficient, agile and simple way.
