Measuring the happiness of our talent is key to understanding how they feel about their work and thus providing them with the well-being and comfort they deserve.

Over the years, we have cultivated a work environment where employees are at the heart of everything we do. In 2023, we had the opportunity to take a survey to truly understand how our employees feel about Zenta, their leaders, and their roles.

We were part of Buk's Building Happiness 2023 survey, where through an anonymous survey, talents were able to give their feedback based on four fundamental pillars: Wellbeing, Commitment, Appreciation and Sustainability.

We excelled in the pillars of well-being with 88.19% and commitment with 88.19%. Furthermore, we ranked 9th in the top 10 happiest medium-sized companies to work for in Chile.

A milestone that marks a turning point for the organization, and provides us with a guide and starting point to continue improving and building, hand in hand with each talent, the work environment they deserve.

Why is it important to be a happy company?

Creating an environment where employees feel happy brings many benefits:

• Increases productivity.

• Improves the work environment.

• It creates more consolidated and united teams.

• It increases creativity.

• The desire to grow and take on new challenges expands.

• It fosters the desire to continue developing professionally.

• Reduces work-related stress.

How can we boost happiness?

From our beginnings, active listening has been the key to creating, building, devising and developing plans and instances that generate comprehensive well-being in talent.

By paying attention to individual and collective needs, we can help, support, and contain them in various situations.

To achieve this, we have carried out various projects that demonstrate our commitment to each and every Zentiner:

• Self-feedback: It allows us to listen to your needs in order to provide you with our support in any situation, whether personal or work-related.

• Wellness Conservation and Nutrition: Both actions help us to enhance physical and mental well-being.

• Zenta Pulse: Designed to understand how talents working with clients feel, allowing us to support them at all times so they feel accompanied and safe.

• Work reintegration: We eliminate the stress and uncertainty of returning from medical leave of more than 10 days, with a program that helps them calmly return to their usual duties.

All of this led us to achieve this great accomplishment together with Buk and left us with the desire to continue improving, for and by each of the talents that make us up, because if they are well, we are too.

From now on, we will work to generate many more opportunities that enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Being happy at work is more than possible, it's a necessity!
