Our team is developing a new website for a client in the energy sector, focused on improving the user experience.

“Understanding these new trends, our client, a major national energy company, is now looking to completely redesign its website. This task is being handled by a team comprised of our talented team members: Camilo García, Scrum Master; Andreína Pottella, UX Designer; and Camila Yáñez, Process Engineer.”

“The development of this website involves incorporating new functionalities and processes, redesigning the visual aspect, and improving the user experience. All of this entails a renewal of the technology stack, enabling more flexible platforms to support the large number of product orders and purchases, payments, service requests, and other transactions that are generated daily,” Camilo García tells us.

In addition to the above, work is also underway to enhance the company's transactional flows related to the sale and payment of products and services, both at the individual buyer and business levels.

“By using GCP, we will be able to increase the capacity required to streamline transaction flows and meet the high demand, which is why we are already developing a site in Angular,” he emphasizes.

“From a UX design perspective, as Andreína Pottella explains, “on the website we want to reflect our client’s journey and commitment to their consumers by improving their processes, making them more approachable, user-friendly and efficient, and understanding the needs of their users above all else.”
