In times of pandemic, access to technology becomes increasingly important so that we can study, work remotely, carry out procedures, or maintain close contact with our loved ones.
However, many people today lack a computer or internet connection. This is the case for many students in our country who cannot access online learning platforms because they do not own a PC.
“Understanding this urgent social need, we at Zenta had the opportunity to help the students of the La Florida Educational Center by donating 13 notebooks.”
Through the delivery of these tools, we not only helped children continue their learning, but we were also able to help their families who, until then, had not been able to acquire them.
As Professor Siomara Ugarte explains, due to the financial situation of some parents, it was impossible for them to buy a PC, and they only had mobile phones to connect to classes. But with the donation, this situation will change because "from now on, the children will be able to access WebClass, the educational platform we are using at the school."

And what has been the students' reaction? The teacher tells us that they have received many messages from students and parents "telling us that they are very happy, motivated, grateful, and eager to continue learning. The delivery of the computers has been a real boost of positive energy for all of them."
The teacher adds, “We are very satisfied and grateful to Zenta for their wonderful work, because they created a truly meaningful and positive situation for these families. Therefore, we are grateful for the opportunity they gave us to bring joy to many children at our school,” she concludes.
At Zenta, we are happy to be making a real contribution to the educational development of so many children. We believe that initiatives like this teach us valuable lessons and enrich us as an organization, motivating us to continue helping more people and to seek different ways for everyone to collaborate.
